The Minco Senior FFA livestock judging team is bringing home some hardware from the NEO livestock judging contest! High team overall, high swine team, high swine individual (Kennedy Clark), and 4th overall individual (Kennedy Clark)! Team members are Kennedy Clark, Morgan Burchfield, Hallie Herrel and Case Brassfield! Good luck at your next contest!

Jaci Morris, Caylee McPherson, and Caisyn Schroeder have placed in the Top 3 of Event Management - Jeffery Allen & Brooklyn Teel placed in the Top 3 of Interior Design. 1st & 2nd place will be announced live, at the FCCLA state convention on April 11th. If they placed 1st or 2nd and also scored and 80+, they'll move on to compete at Nationals in Seattle this summer!

April Fool's! The Middle School Teachers dressing up like their students today!

Ms. Pierce and Mrs. Nichols' kindergarten classes have been working on long and short vowels. This week they got dressed up as doctors to complete vowel surgery at the Minco Kindergarten Hospital.

The elementary had a little fun playing basketball yesterday! 🏀

Ancient Civilizations made a water wheel, 6th Geography Aztec chinampas, and 7th Geography pyramids.

Spring is coming! 🌾🍅🫑 Mrs. Brassfield’s third grade class has been working hard to build a community garden! Mrs. Brassfield received a grant from the Minco Education Foundation earlier in the year to start this project. Stay tuned for garden updates!

Mrs. Baade is hosting a publishing party for her 6th and 7th grade English students who published a class book. Parents of those students are welcome to come celebrate! Each student will be reading the page they wrote. They will also be presented with a certificate.
