Minco School District

The enrollment portal is open for Minco Public Schools.

All enrollment must be completed before the first day of school, August 14th.
For middle school and high school students, class schedules will not be handed out until all enrollment documents are completed.
When all portions of the enrollment are satisfied, students will be allowed to come to the school and get a copy of their schedule.
Students who are not enrolled by August 14th, will not be allowed to go to class until enrollment is finalized.
If you are new to the district or have forgotten your login information, go to the Minco website (https://www.minco.k12.ok.us/) and request an account or recover password under the gradebook page.
If you need a computer to complete the enrollment, feel free to reach out to the school to arrange a time to use our computer lab.

As a reminder, 70 O.S. § 1210.191 requires the following:

In Oklahoma, 7th graders are required to have the Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) vaccine before the start of the school year or a completed certificate of exemption.

For school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following:

1. Current, up-to-date immunization records; or

2. A completed certificate of exemption from the OSDH.

PLEASE NOTE: (Okla. Admin. Code § 310:535-1-2, which states: A child, through his parent or guardian, may apply for an exemption from this requirement by submitting a form to the State Department of Health. The school shall maintain a copy of the approved application in the child's records. All exemptions submitted prior to a student entering 7th grade shall expire at the end of the student's 6th-grade year. A new exemption is required to be completed and submitted by the parent or guardian prior to enrolling the child in 7th grade.)

Today it was brought to our attention that a fake AI video has been made of a Minco Public Schools teacher saying inappropriate things. This has been made aware to law enforcement and a thorough investigation will be completed. This video is circulating in the public, and it is FAKE. If our administrative team and law enforcement can determine who created this video, severe consequences will follow. This garbage will not be tolerated. Mr. Sims

Join us tonight at Minco Elementary from 6 pm-8 pm! We will have a spaghetti/alfredo dinner, games set up all over the elementary, and a silent auction. Tickets are $10 per person for dinner and 10 tickets for $5 for the games. All proceeds will go to the elementary fund.
